At Downeast, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once authorized, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
